Your satisfaction on every purchase is very important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will happily exchange your item or offer you a full refund (minus shipping cost) within 30 days of receipt.
If you are returning an item due to an error on our part - i.e., we shipped you the wrong item or your item was damaged upon receipt - we will not only exchange or refund your item, we will also pay for the return shipping.
Claims for damaged items must be made within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise. Your replacement item will be shipped to you once we have received the damaged merchandise. If a refund is requested, it will be processed at receipt of product.
